This session is designed for the new DMEPOS supplier as well as new staff for the established DMEPOS supplier. If you are just getting started the DME industry or recently accepted a new role in your organization, this session is for you!  This brief overview takes a look at the steps involved in filing, processing, and reviewing outcomes from claims submitted to the DME MACs.  Upon completion of this course, the attendee will know the preparation involved in submitting claims, how the claims process works, and how to use the tools on the DME MAC websites after a claim completes.
