Yes. With the purchase of a conference pass you may attend any session(s) of your choosing as long as you register for each of them, as well as access the expo hall. This does not include Workshops. Expo passes do not include access to sessions.

If a speaker provides their slides to us, they will be made available in the Medtrade app one week prior to the show. Find the session you are attending and scroll down to the handouts section

You can find concession stand in the C and D lobbies of the convention center.

Yes. If you find an item or have lost one, please bring it to or check at the show office in the Bluffview Room on level 3.

For liability reasons, no children under the age of 16 are allowed on the show floor at any time. Proof of age may be requested.

Show Management is respectful of the time and resources utilized by each exhibitor and speaker in the research and development of new and exciting products for the HME marketplace. In an effort to protect our exhibitors and speakers, unauthorized photography or video recording is not allowed on the Expo Floor or in Conference Session rooms at Medtrade events without first obtaining permission from the exhibitor or speaker. Violators will be ejected from the show and could be denied entry to future Medtrade events and/or be prosecuted.
