Executive DirectorHQAACraig Douglas, SVP of HME, Respiratory, and Wellness at VGM & Associates, has over two decades of experience working with DMEPOS providers, manufacturers, and payer sources. In this role, Craig is responsible for building and maintaining a healthy community of HME providers and vendor partners, listening to that community to ensure that VGM is addressing the needs of that community and helping them achieve sustained success wherever and whenever possible. Craig oversees the creation of innovative programs, tools, and resources that help the HME community be as informed and efficient as possible, while also addressing any outside pressures impacting our industry. Craig has previously served as Vice President of Provider Relations of VGM HOMELINK, where he was responsible for building and fostering effective, goal-driven relationships with payers and providers. More recently, he served as Vice President of Payer and Member Relations for VGM & Associates, where he was responsible for helping VGM’s members navigate the complexities of the payer environment.
