With more than 28 years of experience in the HME industry, Cadie has extensive experience in contract negotiations, business intelligence, and billing operations, achieving revenue growth through data-informed decision-making. She currently serves as Senior Director of Payer Relations for AAHomecare.

Before her tenure with the Association, Cadie was the Vice President of Managed Care for a national provider and oversaw nationwide payer strategy, leading a high-performing team and managing revenue growth initiatives. She also served as the chair of the Payer Relations Council for the Association, guiding policy advocacy and strategic industry initiatives as a volunteer leader.
