Tiffanie Robinson-Steffes

Tiffanie Robinson is Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management for Hart Medical.  Tiffanie leads a department of over 100 professionals spanning both domestic and offshore operations. With more than 11 years with Hart, she is responsible for the organization’s comprehensive reimbursement functions, including claims processing, denial management, payer contracting, compliance, payment optimization and most recently, all of the revenue cycle. Under her leadership, Hart Medical Equipment has achieved record-setting collection rates, reduced the cost to collect, and significantly improved recovery of patient-responsible balances.
