Amanda Hobbs

Amanda Hobbs specializes in healthcare privacy matters (including HIPAA concerns), hospital work, licensing concerns for providers and facilities, and navigating Stark and Anti-Kickback statute issues in relationships between healthcare entities and providers. Prior to joining Brown & Fortunato, Amanda served as in-house counsel at a leading academic medical institution, managing the institution’s litigation and focusing on privacy, compliance, policy development, and telemedicine and telehealth issues. In addition, Amanda has almost a decade of experience in healthcare litigation, representing physicians and other healthcare providers in medical malpractice lawsuits.
