Cathy A. Jefferson, EMBA, CHC, is a healthcare compliance, risk, and regulatory leader with more than 20 years of experience across compliance, accreditation, revenue cycle, operations, privacy, investigations, and regulatory affairs. She currently serves as Senior Director of Compliance, Risk & Regulatory for Medical Service Company (MSC), a multi-state DMEPOS provider, where she leads the organization's compliance program, risk management framework, accreditation readiness, regulatory oversight, performance improvement initiatives, provider enrollment activities, and audit response efforts.
Cathy holds an Executive Master's Degree from Baldwin Wallace University and is a Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) professional.
