Emily Bajcsi is the Chief Compliance Officer & Senior Legal Advisor at Parachute Health, where she is responsible for compliance program strategic planning, implementation and oversight to ensure the program's effectiveness, efficiency, and integration throughout the organization, and serves as a key advisor in navigating complex federal and state regulatory requirements and legal risks.

Emily is a healthcare regulatory and compliance attorney with extensive health industry experience including previously serving as a partner in the health law practice at Epstein Becker Green, and as General Counsel and Interim Chief Compliance & Privacy Officer at Abode Healthcare, a leading provider of hospice and home health services.  Emily has advised a broad range of healthcare stakeholders - with a particular focus on post-acute/home and community-based care and medical equiprment providers - encompassing federal and state regulatory, compliance, fraud and abuse, Medicare/Medicaid audit, and government investigation matters.
