Director of Survey ServicesHealthcare Quality Association on Accreditation (HQAA)Harold has been a Respiratory Therapist for 40 years. He was the Executive Vice President of Clinical and Compliance services for a large regional company, overseeing all areas of Compliance for 54 locations. After the company's sale in 2000, he was contracted with VGM as their Respiratory Specialist. He also was a consultant for business development and accreditation preparedness for HME companies and Sleep Laboratories nationwide. He joined HQAA in 2008 as a Contracted Field Surveyor. In December 2022, he was named the Director of Survey Services for HQAA. He provides oversight of all surveyors and has helped develop educational resources for surveyors, internal staff, and those accredited and those seeking accreditation from HQAA. He and his wife own Sleep Centers of Arkansas in Searcy, AR.
