Heather brings over 20 years of expertise in sales, marketing, and business development. A graduate of the University of Northern Iowa with a B.S. in Marketing with an emphasis in Advertising & Sales, Heather began her career at a national advertising agency, where for 13 years she led strategic campaigns for major automotive manufacturers.

Since joining VGM Forbin, Heather has specialized in website and digital marketing solutions for home medical equipment providers and manufacturers nationwide. She leads teams focused on web development, eCommerce, digital marketing, tech support solutions and customer retention strategies to help clients grow and maintain their businesses. Known for her ability to identify opportunities and competitive advantages, Heather combines data-driven insights with creative execution to deliver measurable results.
