Lisa Wells is Senior Vice President at Med-South, Inc. & Affiliates, bringing over two decades of experience in the home medical equipment industry.

A strong advocate for mentorship and workforce development, Lisa is passionate about growing the next generation of leaders in HME. Her leadership style is grounded in collaboration, accountability, and a deep understanding of the regulatory and payer landscape.

Lisa also serves in leadership roles across the industry, including:

· Chair, Jurisdiction C Medicare Advisory Council

· Vice Chair, American Association for Homecare Regulatory Council

Outside of her professional work, Lisa enjoys life with her husband, bonus child, daughter-in-law, and beautiful granddaughter.
