This is an overview of the different structures and what may impact the service and delivery model towards effeciency within the North American model.  Learning Objectives: Participants will identify the 3 major service delivery models used within the CRT industry globally - New equipment Model, blended model and used equipment model. Participants will identify the 3 major areas of impact on the CRT industry globally - Delivery process, repair process and standards/training. Participants will list the major differences between the 3 main service delivery models and the systems that govern them.
