With nearly three decades of experience in the home-based care industry, she brings deep expertise across clinical care, operations and revenue cycle management. Ronda began her career as a respiratory therapist and later held leadership roles within a hospital-based home medical equipment provider, gaining firsthand operational insight. Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Payer Relations & Reimbursement at the VGM Group, where she spent more than 13 years supporting providers through policy, audit, billing and process improvement initiatives.
