Sandra Canally, is founder and CEO of The Compliance Team (TCT), an industry leading, CMS-approved healthcare accreditation organization. 

She is also a registered nurse with the distinction of being the first nurse oncologist at Hahnemann Hospital and a research liaison to the National Cancer Institute before establishing The Compliance Team in 1994, where she developed her industry-leading accreditation model that transformed the healthcare accreditation industry.

Sandy’s 50-plus years of nursing, leadership, management, teaching, and developing new protocols within various healthcare communities, has given her a unique foundation and vantage point as a thought leader and innovator in the healthcare accreditation industry.  

Sandy's career and business are built on her passionately held beliefs that every patient deserves exemplary care,  health care delivery excellence should not be difficult or costly to achieve, and Safety, Honesty and Caring is what matters most to patients.
