Sarah Conger

Sarah Conger, the Vice President of Business Operations at VGM Fulfillment, is a strategic partner to the President of the organization. Her expertise lies in strategic executive support, project management, change management, and communication. Sarah possesses an in-depth understanding of VGM Fulfillment’s objectives, strategy, vision, and mission.  

VGM Fulfillment, an industry leader in CPAP machine and CPAP resupply order fulfillment, impacts millions of lives. With a network of four fulfillment centers across the U.S., they deliver life-changing medical equipment to doorsteps. Sarah embodies this mission, recognizing that fulfillment extends beyond packing supplies—it’s about improving lives. 

Before her current role, Sarah was the Vice President of Corporate Projects at VGM Group. Her decade-long journey began with juggling event planning and execution while managing a team of event coordinators. She also spearheaded VGM’s annual Heartland Conference, drawing over 1,000 attendees to the Cedar Valley.  

Beyond her professional achievements, Sarah remains active in her community. She supports education, athletics, and community events. When not in the office, she enjoys quality time with her husband, three children, and cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes.
