Tim Safley MBA, RRT  is a  healthcare professional with more than 30 years of experience specializing in respiratory care, sleep services, pharmacy, and home medical equipment (HME). Over the course of his career, Tim has held senior leadership positions, including serving as Regional Vice President for a national home care organization and as the HME/Pharmacy/Sleep Program Director at the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC), where he spent over 18 years developing and managing accreditation programs across the country.

Tim’s expertise includes navigating accreditation and regulatory compliance, supporting start-ups in launching new service lines, optimizing revenue cycles, and preparing organizations for federal and state audits and site visits. He also served as Acting Director for Duke’s Home Health and Hospice program .

Tim currently works as a consultant, helping providers across the country meet the evolving demands of the healthcare landscape. His practical insights and deep industry knowledge make him a trusted resource and frequent speaker on topics of compliance, accreditation, and strategic growth.
