LAS VEGAS – If you have an interesting program idea, Medtrade Spring organizers invite you to share your experience and knowledge by submitting a proposal in the official Call for Presentations.

By submitting an abstract, you will help shape the educational conferences at Medtrade Spring 2015 and the future of the industry. If selected as a conference speaker, you will gain visibility in the HME industry and contribute to the advancement of your profession.

The Evaluation Process
Members of the Educational Advisory Board (EAB) will evaluate all presentations based on the following criteria: timeliness of topic; overall content; audience interest; creativity; prior speaking expertise; knowledge of subject matter; prior speaker evaluation results; and speaker references.

To be considered as a speaker, your program must be educational in nature — that is, sales presentations will not be accepted. In addition, your material should be original; otherwise, sources must be referenced. For multiple speakers, each speaker must agree to this submission. Incomplete program submission will not be considered.

The deadline for submissions is Wednesday, August 20, 2014. Selected speakers will be notified by December 1, 2014.

Your program should address one of the educational tracks listed below. Programs should be one hour, including a brief session for question and answer. Organizers will seek continuing education unit (CEU) accreditation for appropriate programs once they are selected. Hot industry topics may include: cash management, short term & long term strategic planning, accounting efficiencies, and branching out into new areas of business.

Potential speakers may also submit a topic for consideration in the Power Lunch, a roundtable discussion led by a speaker at each table.
