CRT04: The Growing CRT Industry and its Impact on the Delivery and Repair of Complex Equipment (0.1 CEU)
As the DME and CRT industries continue to grow, there is an ever changing and evolving system between the delivery and the service/repair of equipment.
There are interational groups focused on different models of service and repair. This is an overview of the different structures and what may impact the service and delivery model towards effeciency within the North American model.

- Participants will identify the 3 major service delivery models used within the CRT industry globally - New equipment Model, blended model and used equipment model.
- Participants will identify the 3 major areas of impact on the CRT industry globally - Delivery process, repair process and standards/training.
- Participants will list the major differences between the 3 main service delivery models and the systems that govern them.
- Participants will list the main pros and cons of the 3 major service delivery models.
