Eric Mickelson

Erik Mickelson, MDiv, is CEO and co-owner of Howard's Medical, a durable medical equipment and respiratory provider serving multiple Central Washington locations for over 22 years. Under his leadership, the company has grown across branches while keeping a strong culture and patient-first approach to care.

Erik also owns Mickelson Executive Coaching and Consulting, working with leaders in the healthcare, respiratory, and DME industries on operations, growth, and team development. A licensed mental health counselor with a Master of Divinity, he pairs deep operational experience with real insight into how people and teams thrive.

Erik is passionate about helping DME owners build durable, values-driven organizations that serve both their patients and their people.
