DURYEA, PA – Quantum Rehab® recently introduced the Quantum® Outback, a 4×4 all-terrain power chair. Inspired by a joint development effort with Quantum’s Australian subsidiary, the Quantum Outback was designed and built with the outdoors in mind.
The rugged four-wheel independent motor mobility solution promises to expand the outdoor driving experience on wooded trails and uncharted terrain. According to Quantum officials, the SRS (Smooth Ride Suspension) technology offers stability and increases sitting tolerance. The combination results in a comfortable ride even when navigating rugged terrain.
The Quantum® Outback comes standard with Q-Logic 3e controller and a full lighting package. The Outback has a top speed of up to 5 mph (optional 6 mph package available), or 3.2 mph when elevated. The unit is also compatible with a USB charger and backup camera and available in several new colors, including five exclusive camo patterns.
