Brian Bersano

Brian Bersano has been in the healthcare industry for 30 years, starting out in Physical therapy for the first 8 years of his career. Following completion of his MBA, he was an owner in a DME company and grew it from a single branch to over 10 branches before selling to a large Regional company, serving under the COO for 10 years.  His expertise spans regional operations, custom mobility, payer contracting, and post-acquisition integration, including leading a nationwide $85 million capitated payer contract for DME across 32 states. Brian also brings extensive Brightree experience, a strong background in audit processes, and proven success in reporting efficiencies and seamless system integration. He is highly skilled at stepping in during critical transitions to stabilize operations and drive measurable improvements.
