Diane Racicot is an accomplished senior executive with extensive expertise in sales, healthcare operations, and contract negotiation. With a proven track record of driving organizational growth and operational excellence, Diane specializes in developing strategic plans that maximize revenue, market share, and service quality.

As Vice President of Payer Relations at National Seating and Mobility, she has negotiated over 78 new agreements, revitalized key contracts, and fostered relationships with major payers. Her career highlights also include securing multimillion-dollar agreements, improving customer satisfaction scores, and mentoring high-performing teams at organizations like the American Red Cross and Numotion.

A Registered Dietitian with an MBA in Marketing and Finance, Diane combines clinical acumen with business expertise. She is a Lean Six Sigma Healthcare Green Belt and an active member of professional organizations, including AAHomecare and NCART. Diane's leadership and innovative approach have earned her numerous accolades, including MVP of the Year and Pinnacle Award Leadership honors.
