Jon Hanczaryk joined Coloplast in 2020 and currently serves as Senior Manager of Reimbursement with the Payors & Evidence team. With nearly 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, he has developed successful cross-functional teams all driven by a common goal of eliminating preventable health disparities.  Outside of work, Jon is active in his community.  His most passionate endeavor is serving with The Arundel House of Hope (dedicated to providing support services for the homeless of our community).
