Mark Miles

Mark Miles serves as Chief Compliance Officer and VP of Information Technology for Quipt Home Medical, a dual-listed public company (NASDAQ & TSXV) with more than 1,300 employees and 150 locations across 30+ states. As a Section 16 officer, he leads enterprise compliance, security, privacy, and technology strategy, working closely with executive leadership and the Board on regulatory risk and governance.

Mark oversees compliance across Medicare, Medicaid, state licensing, accreditation, and audit response while serving as Quipt's Security & Privacy Officer. He also leads the technology platforms that support operations, reporting, revenue cycle management, and compliance, with a focus on automation, efficiency, and scalable growth.
