Her national sales team focuses on payor and network sales, healthcare providers and Medicare Advantage brokers.
Yelena is passionate about partnering with payers and prescribers to drive shared value and improve clinical outcomes. She is committed to deepening customer relationships and fostering innovative care delivery models for patients receiving products in the home.
Yelena brings over a decade of experience in the medical sector. Before her current role, she served as National Director of Diabetes Sales for Edgepark. She also spearheaded sales efforts within Cardinal Health’s non-acute business, where she was instrumental in delivering double-digit revenue growth. This was achieved through the successful deployment of sales execution strategies for more than a dozen Cardinal Health Brand product launches, efforts that earned Yelena three President’s Club awards, the highest honor given to sales team members at the organization. She has also held key sales roles at Covidien and Medtronic.
Yelena graduated from the University of Miami in Oxford, Ohio, with a bachelor’s degree in organizational communications and political science. She currently resides in San Diego, California.
