Where do I pick up my badge or register?

Onsite Registration is located inside Hal F-G in the South Building of the Phoenix Convention Center.

Monday, April 4 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday, April 5 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday, April 6 8:30 AM – 11:00 AM

Who has access to conference sessions?

Attendees must have a Conference badge to go to sessions. Attendees with Expo badges can go to the Medicare Update session as it is open to all.

I have a Conference badge. What sessions can I go to?

A Conference pass gives you access to ALL sessions, you do not have to register in advance to attend a specific one. Please note that Workshops are not considered a conference session.

How do I access speaker handouts?

If a speaker has provided us with handouts you will find them in the app. Find the session in the app schedule and scroll down to the handout section (again, if available).

What are workshop and how do I attend?

Workshops are held on Monday, April 4 and are longer than conference sessions, some lasting a half-day or even a full-day. To attend a workshop you must add it to your registration (note that some have fees to attend).

When is the Expo open?

Monday, April 4 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM (Preview Night)
Tuesday, April 5 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What is Preview Night?

Preview Night is a fun way to kick off the expo at Medtrade West! On Monday from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm you can grab a drink, a bite to eat, catch up with industry friends/colleagues, and preview the Medtrade West exhibitors and make a list of who you want to learn more about and visit on Tuesday.

Expo and Conference attendees were given a Passport to Prizes card when picking up badges. Take this card to the sponsors on the badge and have them stamp your card. Drop it in the box as you leave Preview Night and check the Medtrade Facebook page at 8:00 pm to see who will win one of five $100 or a $250 gift cards!

What is Ask the Experts?

Ask the Experts is an event that combines networking, topical discussions, and happy hour! Topics are: Audits & Compliance, Billing and Reimbursement, Legal, Mergers and Acquisitions, Operations and Benchmarking, Payor Relations, Retail, and Stark/Anti-Kickback Statute. To attend you must pre-register (fee to attend) by visiting the registration desk.

What is the AAHomecare Update?

The American Association for Homecare presents a policy expert panel discussion of legislative priorities, regulatory opportunities, and payer relations initiatives. This event, Tuesday, April 5 from 10:00 am – 11:30 am is open to all attendees and exhibitors.

The regulatory team will cover audit policies, e-prescribing, and potential to grow telehealth in HME. We’ll also discuss our expanding work in payer relations which focuses on a Value of HME program to engage Medicaid authorities, state legislators, MCOs, and other stakeholders to protect HME interests.
AAHomecare is actively pursuing HME policy that benefits every segment of our industry. Join us to see where how you can play a part in these efforts!

Is there a baggage check?

A complimentary coat & baggage check service is provided on Tuesday, April 5 in Room 150 of the Phoenix Convention Center between the hours of 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
