Medtrade 2027 Renewals and Lead Gen Program
Priority Points & Time-Slot Booth Selection
We’re excited to introduce a streamlined and transparent renewal process for Medtrade 2027. Booth selection will be guided by our Exhibitor Priority Points system, with assigned renewal time slots based on published rankings, so you always know exactly where you stand and can plan with confidence. Renewal appointments for our Top 50 exhibitors will begin February 23rd, taking place in advance of the onsite process.
This year, the process includes two pathways. Our Top 50 exhibitors will receive advance renewal appointments prior to arriving onsite, while all other exhibitors will renew during the scheduled onsite process based on their priority ranking. This structure ensures a fair, organized experience while rewarding exhibitor commitment and performance.
How The Renewal Process Works for the Top 50 Exhibitors:
As a Top 50 Exhibitor, you will have the opportunity to renew your booth space for Medtrade 2027 prior to arriving onsite. Rankings are determined by Exhibitor Priority Points, and renewal appointments will be scheduled in priority order. Advance renewal appointments for Top 50 exhibitors will begin February 23rd.
Top 50 exhibitors will receive an assigned appointment time with Sales to select and reserve booth space for 2027. Appointment times will be communicated via email by Friday February 20th.
Attendance at your scheduled appointment is essential, as meeting times cannot be rescheduled. If an appointment is missed, renewal will need to take place onsite by visiting the Medtrade Sales Office during the show.
The Sales Office is located in Show Office #4 in the convention center. It is on the Mezzanine Level overlooking Exhibit Hall 4. Enter through the main entrance to Hall 4 and take the elevator to M2.
If your appointment is missed and you do not renew onsite during the show, a booth in a similar size and placement will be held for you only through the Early Bird Renewal deadline of June 9, 2026. If your renewal is not completed by that date, the held space will be released and made available to all exhibitors without exception.

Renewal Process for All Other Exhibitors:
Exhibitors not in the Top 50 will participate in the onsite renewal process during Medtrade. Renewal appointment times are assigned based on Exhibitor Priority Points, with higher-ranked exhibitors receiving earlier time slots.
Prior to the show, you will receive a calendar invitation with your designated meeting time to renew onsite. During your scheduled appointment, you will meet with a sales representative to select and reserve your booth space for Medtrade 2027. Booth locations are secured on a first-come, first-served basis according to appointment order.
If you are unable to attend your assigned appointment time, you must visit the sales office onsite to renew. Booth availability at that time will be based on remaining inventory.

Here’s a detailed breakdown of how points are earned:

One Point awarded for each dollar spent towards Booth Fees,
Corner Fees, and Enhanced Marketing Fees

1.5 Points per dollar spent on Sponsorship Items (Including New
Product Pavilion) and Advertising (Website, Digital, Newsletter,
and Directory) -
Historical Priority will be used to determine ties (i.e., if two 10×10
booths have the same spend, the company who has exhibited
longest will choose first)
Companies exhibiting in the current show qualify for priority placement and will be given a meeting time at that show, in order of point status. Notice of meeting date/timewill be sent to the company contact prior to the show.
Important Notes:
Company Mergers/Purchases: Points are an asset of the company. The parent company’s point total will be based on the highest acquired company, with written proof of asset purchase required.
No Combining Points: Companies cannot combine point totals unless they are divisions of the same parent company, sharing one company contact and one billing entity.
Contracted Space: Each booth space is contracted, billed, and paid for by a single company, which receives all associated points.
Co-Exhibitors: Only the main exhibitor on the contract earns priority points.

What happens if I miss my appointment? (Top 50 Exhibitors)
If you miss your scheduled appointment, you may renew your booth space with your Account Executive onsite at Medtrade. Booth availability will be based on the selections made by exhibitors with earlier appointments, and there will be no exceptions, as fairness is maintained for every exhibitor.
If your appointment is missed, we will reserve a booth in a similar size and location, based on availability at the time of your missed appointment. This space will be held for you through the Early Bird Renewal deadline of June 9, 2026. If your renewal is not completed by that date, the held space will be released and made available to all exhibitors without exception.
What happens if I miss my appointment? (All Other Exhibitors)
If you miss your scheduled appointment, you must visit the sales office onsite to renew. However, booth availability will depend on the selections made by exhibitors with earlier appointments, and there will be no exceptions, as fairness is maintained for every exhibitor.
Can Priority Points be transferred or combined?
Points cannot be combined with other companies unless they are divisions of the same parent company. In the case of a merger or acquisition, points remain an asset of the purchased company and can be transferred with written proof.

Lead Gen Program FAQs
Where/when do I get the extra leads after I purchase?
Leads will be delivered within 30 days of the event staging and will be sent to your contract contact.
What details are included in the lead?
Full name, Company name, email, phone number if they provided, and mailing address.
How do you ensure that the leads delivered are not the ones I received?
We invest extra labor to run analysis against the leads you received.
How do I select my exact targeted audience?
If you select the Custom Lead Gen Package, you will have the ability to select your exact audience based on job titles and other demographics.
What are the differences between the three packages:
- Expand Lead Package ($250 / $8 CPL) – guarantees 30 leads that you did not meet with on the show floor.
- Expand & Enhance Package ($950/ $14 CPL) – guarantees the 30 leads from the Expand package (leads that you did not meet on the show floor) and additional 40 leads from an exclusive database outside of the show floor. This helps accelerate pipeline growth.
- Custom Package ($5,000 / $50 CPL) – guarantees 100 leads to target your EXACT customer profile using a custom-built lead magnet (whitepaper, guide book) or customer built one.
