LAS VEGAS – Early registration for Medtrade Spring 2015 opened last week with people choosing to sign on for considerable savings. The Spring version of the nation’s premiere HME event is scheduled for March 30-April 1, 2015. Click Here to Register. 

“With a solid Medtrade now in the rearview mirror, we have turned our attention squarely to Medtrade Spring,” says Kevin Gaffney, group show director, Medtrade. “With early registration just now getting online, we had quite a few people sign on last week. All those who attend next year will find a few changes that I think they will like.” 

In response to attendee surveys, organizers are creating a friendlier format designed to reduce the overlap between conference sessions and expo floor time. 


• A majority of sessions have been moved to Monday (day one). 


• With most sessions occurring on day one, attendees will have most of the day Tuesday and all day Wednesday to browse the Expo floor at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas.

“Finding the right balance of education, networking and time on the expo floor can sometimes be tricky for attendees,” explains Gaffney. “Feedback from surveys, and direct contact with providers, indicated a strong desire for that balance. This year’s schedule has been adjusted to better meet the desires of those attending.” 

 “We have also extended many sessions to 1.5 hours,” adds Sarah Varner, marketing director, Medtrade Spring. “An added bonus is that several sessions are loaded with experts. Instead of the typical solo speaker, you will find teams of experts, we think that is very exciting and trust attendees will also.”
