ATLANTA – With the Oct 21-23, 2019 Medtrade show taking shape, providers have many options to satisfy their networking, product, and educational needs. With all the choices, Medtrade remains relevant. A significant uptick on the educational side of the recent Medtrade Spring demonstrates that providers want and need the knowledge offered by Medtrade experts.
The next chance to experience the nation’s premiere HME-focused event will take place at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta. Check out recent comments from the 2019 Medtrade Spring.
“I’ve been a number of times to Medtrade, but I came back in 2019 after not going for about five years – mainly for the learning aspects. I thought it was an informative show, a good show. The topics I liked were on insurance and order intake. I also liked the Audit Happy Hour because of the one-on-one contact with experts.” — Katrina Young, Advantage Medical Supplies, Kanab, Utah
“I was happy to see great companies like Golden Technologies and Stander Products [at the recent Medtrade Spring], who go out of their way in their support of brick and mortar stores. They make very high quality products that are better shown in person instead of online. Overall, Medtrade Spring was a nice show. It was definitely worth my time in search of some fresh ideas but also blended with some familiar faces. — Bruce Sandler CEO/President, Wishing U Well Medical Inc, Granada Hills, California
“Medtrade Spring was good and productive. I liked the educational sessions, particularly the ones that dealt with competitive bidding. I also went to the Audit Happy Hour networking session, which I liked because you get one on one time with a knowledgeable attorney.” — Jose Suarez (pictured), MedPro Products Inc., National City, California
“I thought Medtrade Spring 2019 was a really good show. I liked the educational sessions in general, especially the one dealing with ePrescribing. The Sperduti workshop on selling skills was excellent. I came away from Medtrade Spring with a lot of knowledge that I can use when I return home to the business.” — Carol Kommers, Benefis Spectrum Medical, Great Falls, Montana
“I’m very new to the industry, and it was my first time going to any Medtrade show. I loved the Audit Happy Hour where I got to meet with Pam Colbert [Brown & Fortunato attorney], who was fantastic. I went to learn more about the federal regulations and policies. While some people have been cleared out of the industry [due to govt policies], now is the best time to get in to the industry. I look forward to going to Medtrade in Atlanta.” — Christopher Simila, CEO, Good Life Medical Supply, Newport Beach, Calif
