WASHINGTON, DC – This year’s Virtual Washington Legislative Conference is perfectly timed to make a major impact on Capitol Hill. Hill sources have told AAHomecare that Congress will need to pass a Continuing Resolution, or temporary government funding measure, by September 30, 2022.

That funding measure is a potential legislative vehicle for other items, including DMEPOS competitive bidding and non-competitive bidding area relief.  This makes September a crucial time to advocate on these issues and other HME policy priorities with members of Congress.
