NORTHFIELD, IL – Medtrade exhibitor Medline has inked a Prime Vendor agreement with Ohio-based The Christ Hospital Health Network for its 100-plus locations throughout the greater Cincinnati area, including acute care facilities and physician offices. Under this agreement, The Christ Hospital Health Network will have access to Medline’s expansive portfolio of medical supplies and solutions, in addition to advanced analytics platforms to support the network in more easily monitoring key metrics such as item use, contract compliance, price accuracy and spending by product category.

Leading up to this agreement, the Medline Supply Chain Optimization team assisted The Christ Hospital Health Network with reevaluating and helping to refine inventory PAR (periodic automatic replacement) levels and implementing a new inventory management system to support efficiency and access to products throughout its main campus. Based on supply chain efficiencies and availability of supplies for clinicians. the network had Medline start supplying environmental services supplies as well.
