ATLANTA – Earlier this month at Medtrade Spring in Las Vegas, many attendees visited Evenflo, one of the most recognizable names in baby care. The brand was owned for many years by investment groups that marketed baby gear items such as car seats and feeding accessories.
In 2012, Kimberly-Clark (a multi-national personal care products corporation) acquired the feeding division of Evenflo company. With the help of Kimberly-Clark’s considerable resources, officials established Evenflo Feeding, an entirely new medical device company dedicated to providing quality breastfeeding equipment.
“For DME providers, Evenflo Feeding offers a full line of personal breast pumps plus a variety of feeding accessories, including the Balance+ Bottle and Pacifier System designed with Pediatric Feeding Specialists,” says Jennifer McNellis, institutional sales director (shown here [middle] at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center during this month’s Medtrade Spring. “Evenflo is a well-established brand recognized and trusted by families.”
According to McNellis, a complete breast pump package includes:
- portability and hospital strength products;
- extra flange sizes for the right fit;
- education;
- 3-year warranty;
- free telephone pumping support; and
- USA-based consumer call center with translation services that provides first class customer care.
Breast pumps are available in retail or institutional packaging, for billing codes E0602 and E0603. “We enjoyed visiting with existing and potential new customers at Medtrade Spring,” McNellis adds. “Our new display highlighted our attractive new packaging and updates for 2020— pumps that are 50% quieter and 30% lighter, plus new colors that are popular with moms. We proudly displayed a banner celebrating our 100-year anniversary of providing quality feeding products for families.”
Evenflo introduced a new line of GoSili all silicone products that featured reusable silicone straws, cups and food storage for kids and adults. A popular item for DME customers is a 40-count display of travel straws for retail sales at the checkout counter. Evenflo is scheduled to exhibit at Medtrade, scheduled for Nov. 2-4, 2020, at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.
