ATLANTA – Medtrade is 140 days away, and that means early registration is around the corner. “We encourage attendees to save money by registering early,” said Kevin Gaffney, group show director, Medtrade. “Check out next week’s issue of Medtrade Monday for specific links, as well as other news outlets, because early registration is nearly here.”
Providers who missed Medtrade Spring, and those who like to attend both shows, will have the chance to capitalize on massive potential when Medtrade, the nation’s largest HME-focused trade show, convenes Oct 23-25, 2017, at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta. The show ends on Wednesday with a reception and a chance to win $5,000.
“The HME industry has been hit hard over the last five years, and believe me, I’ve heard about it,” added Gaffney. “The optimism that we have seen and heard at Medtrade Spring was amazing, even overwhelming at times. Now more than ever, it’s important for manufacturers to be at the show and exhibit their latest and greatest products. Providers are eager to see these new products and take advantage of opportunities. Manufacturers who are not at Medtrade this October will be at a disadvantage.”
Some exhibitors chose to sit on the sidelines for Medtrade Spring, and they missed a chance to visit with motivated attendees. Great opportunities are available for Medtrade, and exhibitors are encouraged to contact account executives Dena Pickard ([email protected]) and York Schwab ([email protected]) to secure a booth today while great locations remain.
“Ultimately, we don’t fully know what is in store for the HME industry, but we do know that the products are outstanding and tens of thousands of people need them now or will need them in the near future,” added Sarah Varner, marketing director, Medtrade. “As a result, providers and manufacturers in the HME industry may start to feel that things are looking up. We feel the optimism, and we look forward to seeing you at Medtrade.”
