WASHINGTON, D.C. – HME grassroots advocacy has been the driving force for advancing 75/25 blended rate provisions through Senate and House committees – and your continued outreach is critical for positioning our relief to be included in a larger legislative package later this year.

As it currently stands, Congress will need to pass a new spending bill by Sept. 30 to avoid another government shutdown. While there’s a possibility our legislation could be included in that funding measure, high level Capitol Hill sources have also told us that they expect a larger package including healthcare-related provisions after the election.
