DALLAS – The holiday season is just about over, and for many of us it means new resolutions, new habits, and new ways to improve the business. We feel like we are improving the venerable Medtrade brand by scaling back to one show per year and shaking things up with a new city.
To recap, we will have one Medtrade this year and simply call it “Medtrade” with no Medtrade West or Medtrade East. Geographically speaking we’re closer to the middle in 2023 with the show switching from Atlanta to Dallas. With the March 28-30 timeframe, Medtrade is a great way to start your year with new information, new products, new friends, and most importantly—new inspiration.
That last ingredient is occasionally overlooked, but there is nothing quite like making a trip and communing with peers who know your challenges. The overwhelming majority of attendees are not your direct competitors, and they will freely share advice and tips.
Experts who lead educational sessions will tireless answers your questions, because that is the sole reason they are there. It’s not as if they have someplace better to be. Quite the contrary, they love helping HME providers succeed and they are extremely good at doing just that.
If you think you may have already missed the registration window, fear not. Early Registration rates are still in effect and they amount to an excellent deal. Whether you’re a Medtrade veteran or pondering your first trip, I hope you get on board with our new city, new attitude, and new era. Happy new year and I look forward to seeing you in Dallas.
York Schwab is show director for Medtrade.
