HERMITAGE, TN – Marketing has changed dramatically in the past year due to COVID-19, but there are still a few creative ways to get in front of your referral sources and promote your business and all the new products that have been introduced recently.
Text/Short Message Service (SMS): Everybody today has a cell phone. When someone gets a text it’s hard for them not to read it, and this is a great way for you to reach that nurse, therapist, or even doctor. Send them messages about the new delivery options you now offer, or messages about the new products that just came on the market. If your company has a website, send them the link so they can find out more.
Zoom Call or Google meetings: In the ever changing world of medical equipment, it is more important than ever to keep your referral sources up-to-date with new products. There’s no better way to do this then to have a Zoom call. Walk around your showroom and show them all the new products you have. Seeing products will help referral sources to remember the product, and your company as well.
Call on Existing Customers: Calling on existing customers is something that most places don’t focus on. Why not reach out to them and let them know that you can still help with new pick-up or delivery options? You can also follow up on the equipment they previously purchased from your company and see how it’s doing. Companies focus so much on new business when the easiest customers are right in front of them. Don’t be afraid to go a few years back and just say hi. You will be surprised that the person who bought that walker is now in need of a mobility scooter.
