DALLAS – Regular Registration Rates are in effect for Medtrade 2023 and attendance is currently tracking ahead of pre-pandemic levels.
“This week we’ve been between 2% to 5% over our 2019 numbers when compared to the same number of days out from the show,” confirms Sarah Varner, vice president of Marketing, Industrial Connections Group, Emerald. “We’re thrilled to see the industry responding positively to our consolidation of shows and our move to Dallas. Getting back to pre-pandemic numbers is an achievement for not only Medtrade, but for trade shows in general.”
Numbers could level out over the next week, but it’s a positive trend. Varner points out that attendees across all Emerald events are registering closer to the show than previous years, so final numbers are still to come. Walk-up registration on the day of the show is available, as is online registration.
The first newly unified show is just one week away, scheduled for March 28-30, 2023 at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in downtown Dallas. A Conference Pass includes access to the Expo Floor and the Consultant Cocktail Hour. An Expo Pass allows access to the Expo Floor.

The 2023 show is simply be called “Medtrade” and will not include additional modifiers that deal with regions or seasons. The three-day show is designed to pack a lot of information and products into a cozy timeframe. “We believe three days offer tremendous value for people who are looking to get out of the office, but not for too long,” said York Schwab, show director. “Regular Rates still amount to an amazing deal, and they are in effect right up to the final day of the show.”
