WINTER HAVEN, FL – Medtrade exhibitor 3B Medical has introduced its new Luna II next generation CPAP platform. The Luna II will launch on October 1st with a host of new product improvements including MyPatientWatch, an intuitive and easy to use advanced patient management portal with patient exception reporting.

In addition, the Luna II has bolstered wireless connectivity options and adopting both NB Iot and LTE Cat M1. “All major cellular networks are phasing out 2G and 1X CDMA within the next 12 months which may leave providers up in the air with patient compliance reporting when those technologies sunset,” said Angela Giudice, 3B Medical’s director of Clinical Education. “3B wanted to be ahead of the technology curve and is the first PAP manufacturer to adopt leading edge M2M technology across the board that will extend cellular coverage to even remote and difficult to reach geographies.”
